Laura Bruck Renzelman
Head Coach Deep Roots Endurance and Strength
I am a multi-sport endurance coach and personal trainer based in Golden, CO. I hold certifications through USA Triathlon (Level 2 coach), UESCA (Ultra Running Coach), and a NASM (Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist). I work with endurance athletes, including triathletes, runners, ultra runners, cyclists, swimmers, and adventurers. My goal as a coach is to educate, empower, and energize athletes to balance training and racing with joy and purpose.

As a lifelong endurance athlete, I have experienced endurance sports at different levels and moments in my life. From my childhood love of swimming and running that eventually led me to triathlon, to running track and cross country and American University, and then as an adult balancing training and racing triathlons and various other endurance adventures with motherhood and a career. I find purpose and joy through movement, and believe pushing one's perceived limits positively impacts your life in a multitude of meaningful ways.

Laura is a multi-sport endurance coach and personal trainer based in Golden, CO. She holds certifications with USA Triathlon, UESCA Ultra Running, and NASM Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. Laura works with endurance athletes and adventurers seeking to balance performance and joy in training and racing. She finds that moving through nature whether on foot, on bike or on skis both grounds her and allows her to feel an expansive connection to the world around her. Laura's favorite trail mantra is "joy is not made to a crumb" from Mary Oliver's poem Don't Hesitate. Laura finds joy on the trails dancing after a hard climb, eating sour patch watermelons, and watching her dogs Izzy and Soli frolic and play as she runs.
